For those without comedic tastes, the so-called "experts" at MarioWiki have a real article on Count Bleck.

Count Bleck is the ruler of the Marioverse. He was elected in 734 BC and has been regarded as the best ruler ever. He put a stop to the Mario Games Cancelled event, which made everyone very mad at him. Now everyone hates him until he made the Moon have an unlimited supply of Green Cheese, so he is popular once more.

He has an assistant named Natashia, yet Nintendo likes to call her Nastasia. He also likes watching the Super Wario Brother's Wah-Wah Show! while eating grapefruit. He is also a villain in Paper Bloo, where he was transformed by Cheese into Count Bloo. Also, for no reason, he speaks in third person.
