Dipsy is some weird green alien and a part of the evil organization Teletubbies. He is a cross between a pickle and a green alien from Outer Space. He is the 3rd most dangerous Teletubby. He tinkles Laa-Laa's antenae and breaks her telly not to see Earth. Aside from Laa-Laa, he is also followed by Po, who is both the most evil and dangerous of the Teletubbies, and Thumper, the newest member. Dipsy is famous for his high intellgence, having an iq of 600, three times what Albert Einstin had. He is preceded by Tinky Winky.
