Dr. Phil is a doctor. He appears in the Marioverse many times, due to his attraction to Mario (And he's a guy! Ewww). He first appeared as a partner in Paper Mario. He kissed Mario on the lips, and called him sweet cheeks before joining his party. He could confuse enemies by saying AGSDF. He also has an attraction to Luigi, Bowser, Internet The Explorer, Toad, and more characters. It is rumored that he is married to Captain Underpants, since he loves people only in their undies. Other rumors say he has a crush on drrabbit.
