The Bus was an enemy in the RPG game Super Mario & Luigi: The Untold Story. He had 22 HP, and appeared in Mario's dream. It is unknown why it appeared, yet it turns out that Mario had a Sub Sandwich for diner, and that's "bus" backwards. It is also some kind of vehicle on Earth.
