The Underwear is a bad, bad place. Mostly evil people (and Pokémon) go here. It is ruled by the Devil, who holds his slaves in bondage there. It is a place of burning underwear and fire. Usually depending on how bad the person was will determine the color of the underwear. If they are a little bad they are red. If the were really bad the underwear will be green. If they were Extremely bad it would be pink.
This thing's a stub. It doesn't appear in dictionaries, so listen up what a stub is: A very small garbage can, with only a little junk. ADD MORE JUNK TO IT SO IT BECOMES A GIANT GARBAGE CAN!
