Wa-guy, like Wapeach and Wayoshi, is one of the few "Wa"s that aren't inverted versions of the non-"wa" version of the character. He was created by Gourmet Guy so he didn't need to get his Spaghetti himself. He just ran off overnight so that he could be a real "wa".
